Working at (RED) has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. As a Digital Manager, I had the opportunity to combine creative problem-solving with mission-driven work, knowing that every campaign had a direct impact on global health initiatives. The team is small but mighty, filled with smart, passionate people who genuinely care about the mission and each other. Leadership encourages innovation, collaboration, and cross-functional growth, which gave me the freedom to bring big ideas to the table and see them come to life. The pace can be fast and the bar is high, but it’s motivating to know the work is meaningful and tied to real-world change. If you’re looking to grow your digital skills while contributing to something larger than yourself, (RED) is a fantastic place to do it.
