A lot of room for improvement

- nice people (as friends) - nice office location (a lot of good food)

Cons

- a lot of employees at the upper management stuck in old ways (I suffered, you must suffer too) - gate keeping of opportunities - archicad heavy - only join if you want skills in this area professionally developed - repetitive, abortive work - not a lot of standards in place - raises not consistent or enough (does not even cover inflation) - slow progression
