1Link allows self-directed, top producers to run their accounts as their own businesses within the overall 1LT operation. They don’t tell you how to run your accounts becaaue they hired you, asa top producer, to implement your best practices. What they do provide is the support - from all levels - back office, recruiting, tools, etc. - as well as best comp plan in the industry to reward those who bring value. Most importantly, they operate with integrity and the golden rule with whom they do business - external clients and internal colleagues. They simply “do the right thing” in all aspects of business, but more importantly, in all aspects of life. Why? Because it’s the right thing to do. Not for what it results in, but because it’s how all mankind should!
Cons
There is no off-button in this business. It’s not due to 1Link’s expectations, but due to business expectations. The business, our industry, tells us when and how much to work, not 1Link, and unfortunately, it is around the clock. Done right, there is no “shut it off completely.”
