      Low pay compared to other competitors. Penny pinching their clients. Too volatile with the economy. Lack of updates from e-team. Layoffs are frequent. No real career trajectory. No 401k match. Unlimited PTO isn't actually unlimited. Lack of recognition from higher ups or team.
