      Some startups make big lofty promises that they're great to work at and that they value contributions over facetime, but at 2x it's a priority. Keep this going always!

      Pros

      biweekly catchups are really helpful and senior leadership really makes time for staff. wfh is encouraged and workplace culture is always busy and fun. so much learning happens at 2x.

      lots of cross job responsibility and it seems like every other day a new software is added to make things even harder!! slow down for non-tech people
