- Management has no idea what the different teams are doing; they don't show any desire to understand what teams explain to them and end up demanding unrealistic results based on their fragmented information - Company culture is said to be centered in keeping people happy, but not much is done towards that goal - Structure is all over the place, nobody is held accountable if someone needs anything from another team and the other team is not responsive - No benefits of any kind

Stay away from this place, unless you are too desperate for the miserable salary they offer! They exploit you and they kick you out when they won't need you anymore. Unreasonable goals, a lot of pressure, bad management, disorganized staff, lack of communication, a total mess. No chance of promotion , bonuses or raise even if you are working too hard!
