Pros
This role has allowed me to learn quickly and efficiently. The organisation has a flat structure and everyone is heard. The co-founders Gloria and Kelvin are extremely supportive and effective leaders. Working in a young vibrant startup can be a hectic environment, but that's where you learn the fastest. The team is very talented and quick moving. Gloria has strong experience as a business developer and Kelvin with tech experience.
