      Pros

      Company is treating employees very well, everything can be discussed openly lot of skilled and motivated people working as a team with one goal, create best possible game strong evolving inhouse tools and technical teams

      Cons

      personally I do not have any alarming cons, I am happy here. bit challenging might be sometimes cooperating between different time zones studio locations on same project, but usually I do not feel it is a big issue and communication is handled well.
