Poor management team except the technical staff and sales. Stakeholders change their decisions too often. Their marketing use buzz words but they don't understand the meaning and the consequences. Some stakeholders impose drastic changes in the infrastructure without asking the staff. Someone among their managers is inexperienced and believe he knows everything and act like the big boss. Too ambitious for their budget. Poor planning and vision not well communicated by stakeholders. Lack of transparency. Some non technical managers are control freak and do micro-management which drive everybody crazy and unhappy. Bad use of Agile. Office is generally boring with no activities. Some managers talk behind female staff in sexual manners. Rarely listen their staff recommandations and they don't trust them. Some managers don't speak English but their staff are speaking english only. Do not show much appreciation for their employees. Big employees turnover. Some manager ask internees to perform critical tasks for the business, then these internees leave the company without knowledge transfer. Business culture is not top due to lack of experience by the company leaders. They offshore their development to cut costs. A few months after I left, most of their developers and technical director left...

Low salary as compared to other companies because its new startup but still its good
