      10X worse than the worst company you have ever worked for

      Pros

      Nothing good with this company if you are looking to go backwards in your career this is the perfect company for that.

      Cons

      Way to much to list my advice is look at all the reviews from all the employees they are all bad if you have any common sense that would tell you to stay away from this company. I left on my own after I saw the scam this company is and that didn't take long.

      Unnecessary Stress Levels, Undervalued Employees, Poorly Managed Business Overall

      Pros

      Team spirit was actually developed due to "We are on this shipwreck together" mentality. If you can accept mediocrity, then this is the place for you. Salesmen's income was good, if you could find the customers to put up with the mediocrity. Generally, the salesmen are selling price.

      Cons

      Being a salesman there is the best job income wise. Everyone else has a pay scale dating back at least 20 years. The other review before mine was long (blowing off steam) and accurate...no sense in repeating. Poor company moral, poor company policies, poor company benefits, untrained and/or mismanaged staff, deceitful practices by management, and poor vehicle maintenance.

      Thank you for your comment. We appreciate it. We are constantly working on bettering our service as a company. That comes first. We also try to stay competitive with our employee's for pay. All markets are different and we try and stay competitive with our competition. We also give all employee's the opportunity to make as much as they want with hard work. We still are a family run business that gives everyone the opportunity to advance and grow with us. Sometimes it can be stressful but hard work and dedication usually pays off with support from Corporate. Thanks for the comment again and thanks for your time at 31-W.

      Almost a great job

      Pros

      Good pay,co-workers are great along with the salesmen at Huntsville location! Location 1 in Nashville is a 5 star company!

      Cons

      The manager and assistant manager single employees out that they feel they like! I was fired for being the fourth person there out of 10 employees! Not fair at all!
