Very eager interns and juniors Interesting testing process Remote working AMAZING on boarding with HR
Cons
- Remote working - Uninterested management - Very little accountability - "I don't want to hear about whats wrong with the company, I want to know what's wrong with you" - Direct Quote - Preferential treatment - No room for growth - Relying heavily on a handful of clients - Were unable to complete my training of their processes - If you come with you're own various experiences, they'd much faster give you an XS tshirt (busy work) than support why you were hired in the first place. This was a short stint for a reason.
