And, even though they are growing quickly, the company is still small enough so that there is a familial feeling, and you really do get the sense that your contributions matter. But, perhaps the best thing about this company is its culture of inclusion, diversity, and work/life balance. Most impressive (and inspiring) is the presence of strong female senior leadership in the company. This is the only company I've ever worked for that has such a strong support system for working mothers and fathers and provides employees with flexible work options they need to maintain high performance at work and reach their professional goals without having to sacrifice their personal lives. Multiplica truly cares about the overall well-being, both professional AND personal, of their team member -- a very rare find in today's world that often penalizes people for having rich personal lives.
