Thank you so much for sharing your review. Despite the multiple challenges our industry has faced amid the COVID19 crisis, our organization has made significant strides and engaged in key partnerships that have enabled us to offer the best available technology with world-class customer service and enhanced safety standards for contactless shopping in airports such as Dallas Fort Worth and soon in Philadelphia. Again, we appreciate you taking the time to voice your concern. – Corporate Communications

Projects that lead nowhere and Ambiguity

Pros

Really good health benefits(they provide gap insurance which is really good) , decent 401k, ok PTO, some cool people to work with.

Cons

HQ. Upper management has no leadership and they DO NOT care about employees . No motivation, always working under toxic pressure, and even worse, for projects that are no profitable for the company or lead nowhere. Instead of hiring new people due to employees constantly quitting, they add more responsibilities to existing employees. If you are new or considering working here, please know that there is absolutely NO TRAINING or whatsoever. Even worse, systems are incredibly messy to understand, and nobody will help you, so you will always feel like there is no support from upper management and that they just expect you to do your job without all the required tools. Lots of ambiguity. There are some great people to work with (most are quitting anyways) but since we all always feel that sense of fear to either get things done or we get in trouble, it can become very toxic between employees, leading team members to not even support each other .I don’t blame them, we are constantly led by fear, it’s tiring. No remote work (or hybrid) available even though we clearly demonstrated we could do everything remotely during COVID (they were desperate for us to go back to the office, they even asked for vaccine proof when it had just came out). If you think you have a career here, think twice. Unless you’re friends with the owner or friends with the owner friends (Who work here) you might have a chance.
