Pros
Some decent people on the analyst and finance desk, friendly atmosphere in the pub on Fridays.
Cons
Poor management and poor pay. The company is in dire straits and is constantly making cutbacks on staff and development. No personal development whatsoever, there is a management vs everyone else mentality which is ridiculous for such a small company.

Avoid psychopathics! The owner shouts in public to the staff at all times. Toxic!

You get an urealistic job.
Cons
You will be shout in public as everyone does. Management is pathetic. Colleagues are scared and covering their jobs. They will blame you. Everyone is stressed out as they lost 30% of their clients. Lots of hours and calls at any time. They will not pay your bonus as the business is shrinking. Massive rotation of staff. Toxic! Look after your health.
