This company is very respectful of your skills and time. The team I work with has been nothing but supportive and excellent at communication. It's set up for remote work and in-office work.
Cons
No downsides. They're great, but depending on your role, there might not be too much room for growth, the position I'm in is static.

Proffessional Experience, SAP exposure, stakeholders rapport, Fun, Management coordination at store merchandising, proper work support, expertise product knowledge, discounted sales for staff on expensive products, company dinners and parties, yearly bonus, no politics- only work, systematic processes
