Pros

Good amount of design work. Large-scale projects.

Cons

Mostly international work requiring meetings per project's location time zone, which means a lot of late night meetings. Work until you drop kinda environment. All designers are basically drafters. Only thing you learn in software skills. No professional development. No attention to what you want to do as an employee. No one-on-ones and mentoring.

Pros

I can't see any honestly. some coworkers are nice.

Cons

Worked 24 days in a row to meet a deadline my first-month on the job, the principals act like they are Zaha Hadid, they produce boring work and expect all employees to do devote their entire lives to the firm.... but since the work is bad it isn't like you leave the firm with anything great to put on your resume or portfolio.
