At 517 you will learn & earn! you can get trained while traveling! the benefits of working here are way more then the bi weekly paycheck. I was assigned a Mentor "Rachel" she both showed me and trained me all while doing her job. And she does her Job well. Monkey see Monkey do. she tells me. She does a good job, so I do a good job.

Cons

I hate working with stupid customers that only want to spread their negativity. Dan and Rachel preach to me often Attitude, Attitude, Attitude because you have to protect your own attitude at all times.

Pros

Traveling to other states for training during much of my first year, I had an amazing opportunity to network with some of the top people in AT&T & Now DTV in both sales and customer service. I cant be more happy with working here at 517. Dan and the other managers are Great people and Dan especially is a great mentor.

Cons

Never enough white board markers around.

Pros

Management makes coming to work fun, we have daily meetings as a team and I always feel like I know whats going on. The team activities like lazer tag are my favorite.

Cons

Working with customers that hate their cable, phone or internet providers. Some people can be rude, Having thick skin would be a plus!
