Pros

This company is good at marketing because they somehow attract seemingly smart and ambitious people to their offices. However, this company is completely toxic and does not value its employees outside of leadership at all. Sasha (CEO) is unempathic, uninspired, and beholden to such a narrow approach to the work and sales cycle that are never going to lead this company to real profitability or impact. Leadership also portrays a racist attitude to offices outside of the US/London, and constantly undervalues contributions from global south colleagues. They inconsistently pay them reasonable wages while requiring them to slave away on monotonous work like McKinsey or BCG associates. But hey - at least BCG work is interesting... They inoculate poor leadership within the company, despite certain individuals consistently driving out top talent and marginalizing their success in the business. They only appreciate staff that sucks up and does not question anything about their approach. It is a cult. See detailed con list below.

Cons

- Leadership lacks strong vision and no path to financial sustainability or growth - consistent org restructuring with demotions - 2 straight years of new bonuses - racist attitude towards foreign offices - zero work life balance - micromanagement - Boring work with no growth potential

Cons

- Poor growth opportunities for both junior and senior level employees - Hierarchal approach to management - Salaries lower than market rate - No bonuses - Poor work/life balance - Lots of work, but no intellectual challenge - Favoritism - No collaboration
