      Pros

      The company does practice what they preach in terms of emotional wellbeing. Senior leadership are all good people and trust employees to do their jobs without micromanaging. Leadership also is open to ideas. Pay and benefits are above average.

      Cons

      All of EdTech has experienced headwinds, and quotas are not realistic in the current environment.

      Cons

      If you are used to a large company where people are encouraged to stay in their departments and stay in their lane this is not the place for you. We are encouraged to work, cross departmentally, and collaboratively. We work very hard so we can impact as many students and educators as possible!!!
