Limited growth, depends on which project your on. Salary is not line with industry standard. Benefits are not great. Limited time-off

We offer comprehensive packages, which include competitive salaries, top notch medical and dental insurance for the whole family and much more. Our 2018 benefits open enrollment period brought on some impressive changes this year, as we lowered premium costs, in an era where insurance premiums continue to rise, increased coverages and added a 401K match, just to name a few! Employees receive free Life Insurance, STD and LTD and 26 days PTO as a beginning new hire. We will continue to strive to improve benefits, so that our employees can lead healthy, happy and enjoyable lives at work and outside of work.

Pros

What I like the most about 89Degrees is the teamwork ethos. Everybody pitches in. Individually, we all have significant opportunities to have impact on projects and initiatives that utilize multiple departments. I've never worked somewhere where everyone pulls together so tightly to keep the work flowing. It's truly remarkable.

Cons

I have no complaints. It's a great work environment.
