Pros
There's always opportunity to move up and do more if you're willing to put in the effort. Pay is always fair and the benefits are some of the best I've seen (plenty of vacation, sick pay, 401k, FSA, affordable health insurance, etc.). Management has been great and everyone is always willing to help you out with questions or problems you may have. This has been a great work environment for the almost 5 years that I've been here and I love the emphasis on continuous learning and growth.
