      Pros

      I owned this cleaning company where I started in Minnesota, then Montana, and eventually in Park City, UT. Nice to have a business that you don't need the overhead to be successful.

      Cons

      Worked extremely long and very strenuous hours and days.

      Pros

      Good pay, schedule and I know I'm working for and with someone who genuinely cares about the employees and the customers. I can walk away feeling I've done good for someone and myself. All chemical free products are used for safety.

      Cons

      Only con I can think of is when it's bad weather going inside and out.
