The amount of responsibilities is way more than one would think of applying self-care. Most people there are overworked, have no time for creativity, face and deal with rumors regularly, and mistrust their supervisors and managers. Within my short-term contract, which lasted less than six months, at least 12 people quit, resigned, or got fired; most of them did not mention reasons for their unpredictable leave. Please, think twice before considering this site.
