Cons
The day to day management of this company is haphazard at best, challenged in its incompetence, and oversees a system commensurate with 1969--not 2019. Information, processing, communications systems are extremely antiquated. There are fiefdoms, preferences, prejudices and a work climate driven by fear and loathing. Sales expectations are extremely loose, undefined, ever shifting, and slide in and out at the whims of the day to day leader. Some family owners/members are well meaning, but others are ruthlessly cruel and mean to both employees and customers alike.
