Pros

There are some amazing people that work for this company. I met some great coworkers that I am still friends with today. I think there are good intentions there, they just do not know how to accomplish what they want to accomplish

Cons

As a job that is supposed to be pretty independent, every minute of your work day is micromanaged. You don’t even get to make your own schedule, and you have to ask the office manager to edit your schedule for you. All they really care about is that you meet your billable hour requirement (27 hrs), which is why they make your schedule for you. You are required a minimum 40 hour work week. If your schedule is short even 15 minutes, you will be forced to use your PTO to cover that time. If I ever took time off work, I would be scheduled 10 hour days to “make up” the time that I missed so I barely ended up even needing to use my PTO hours. Bottom line, the work/life balance is awful. You will be working long days and potentially Saturdays as well. They have crazy high turn-over rates, including supervisors. Everyone is miserable but they’re also afraid to say anything because if they speak up, there will be more than likely be some backlash.

Pros

I have never worked for a more flexible company, Pathways is very accommodating and flexible. They are person centered and will invest their time and energy into you! Pathways clinic based environments offer collaboration, team work, and a fun/silly environments with kids.

Cons

Pay rate is lower compared to competitors in area, but accommodations (in person clinic, not home based: no travel time, no mileage, plus colleagues interactions) really outweighs that.

Pros

There were some great coworkers. A tiny bit of flexibility with the hours.

Cons

There was gossiping and a couple of coworkers bullied others. Upper management micromanages and assigns unnecessary paperwork of the BCBAs which should be done by someone else like the center manager, receptionist, or lead techs. They try to say we're a work family which it's a dysfunctional family. Center Director was lazy, did a few unethical things which he should have been fired over, and wasn't knowledgeable to be helpful.
