Pay not equative to work load. Expected you to sell over the phone for zero commission. Owner hires her friends and puts them in executive positions, albeit I think she finally got fired. incredibly stressful environment with angry clients who complain non stop. You are also exposed to a lot of details related to dying animals. All the best people leave and only those who have no choice stay.

I wish that I was independently wealthy and didn't need to work, but alas that's not my lot in life. Since I do need to work, and work takes up one third of many people's lives, it's important to spend that time where you are happy, where you have friends, and where you take sincere pride in the company's mission. I guess my only con is that I have to work at all, but since I do, I feel fortunate to have a job and co-workers, and a company culture that I love to be a part of. This isn't really a con. It's more of a pro, but it's my reality.
