Pros
Remote Work & quality equipment. The team is usually very diverse and everyone is friendly.
Cons
They have very high expectations, but they don’t have a system to truly support what they offer to clients. A lot of money is being spent wasted on requests for documents because they have a broken system (while I was there), which leads to no rapport between ABC Legal and the courts. I’m pretty sure we were blacklisted by a few courts for the constant requests for documents. Personally, I believe they hire people when the workload is high and then terminate them when the workload is more manageable. & I say this because the expectations within the probationary period are not really attainable , unless you’re just passing of the work to the next person. lol . Which is exactly what’s going on. Yall take care.
