They do a good birthday food spread

Cons

It is almost as if senior management has absolutely zero experience, leadership, vision, or ability to motivate their staff since an employees view is that of watching a marathon binge of the Three Stooges. Management does not have the where with all to recognize most employees are laughing at them waiting for their next hairbrained idea.

If you enjoy showing up and doing bare minimum and collecting a check this is the place for you.

Cons

Hiring new managers and doing everything to keep them even if they fail, Micromanagement, poor training on software that doesn't work, doesn't promote from within, fires low end people instead corrective actions. No room for growth unless you are hired as a manager.
