      Do NOT Work Here!!

      Pros

      Very few. Family Day and Christmas Party are the only perks of working here. It's the only time you actually feel appreciated.

      Cons

      Low pay, expect to take a huge pay cut if you have experience in claims. ZERO training. Low morale, and overworked. Inventory of about 200-300 claims per Adjuster. Non flexible schedule. Never appreciated. Very high turnover. Bonus was only $350 in December for the entire year, and I had good scores compared to coworkers, very small raise. Only saw a $14 difference on my biweekly checks. Offices are closing down and the owner (Jr.) released a video to tell all employees that ACCC has not made a profit in 2 years. RUN! As fast as you can!

We look forward to our numerous events throughout the year including monthly birthday celebrations, baby showers, Family Day events, Holiday Parties, annual charity events, annual blood drives, annual flu shot days. We understand the hard work put in by each team member and want to add some time to socialize and have a good time together. While all companies experience ups and downs in the company's life, ACCC is strong auto insurance company continuing to grow in the industry. We believe this to be possible because of the hard working people within ACCC. The company strives to provide the best benefits possible to employees: great health insurance options, employer paid dental insurance premium, employer paid basic life insurance, employer paid disability insurance, PTO package, 401k contribution, free telemedicine service, and others.

      It needs better managment.

      Pros

      sort of flexible, some managers are ok

      Cons

      salary, too many claims for the adjusters and micromanagement . as an experience adjuster: have a rule: 110 claims max. that way adjusters can concentrate on customer service, catching fraudulent issues, better statements, better turn around on a claim, more chances to call more often their insured so they can close the claim fast. but if you have 200 open claims: all you will be doing is answering the phone to angry people all day to give them status of the claim and not being able to work the current claims, it becomes a mess. 12 years of experience.

      Pros

      The only pro of working for this company is that if you are able to use the health insurance of your wife or another family member they will pay $400.00 per month to you for not using their health insurance.

      Cons

      Will fire anyone at will. Promote unqualified, inexperienced individuals who have no idea what they are doing. Customer service is the worst just check the BBB. Every customer is treated like they are guilty of something.
