      Excellent team, easy to work with and very reasonable, comfortable pay

      The work is highly repetitive, sometimes you have to politely fight with clients, customers constantly complain about dumb things.

      Nothing at all total waste of time.

      Cons

      Low pay, long hours, unprofessional coworkers, and absolutely no work perks whatesoever. Also no advancement opportunities. A pyramid scheme type place.

      It started off as a great way to learn about franchises and support franchisees in their journey, not much in the way of employee support

      Cons

      Management struggles to take constructive criticism. Have tried to improve processes and create more meaningful data points to support the organization and manager vehemently removes or stops the progress.
