      A good place for starting out, but not for long term

      Pros

      - Some people here are the most genuine - Everyone is very passionate about traveling - Hard-working colleagues - Free tea/coffee and fruits - Everybody loves Susi

      Cons

      - Salaries are at the lower end of the spectrum - Usual office politics - Unapologetic favoritism (Favorite employees get ahead and get to travel more often than others) - Too much conversations about politics, sometimes condescending - While it shouldn't be my concern, company needs more diversity. It seems POCs don't have enough opportunities to get ahead.

      Pros

      - Low-pressure company culture (you'll never to worry about getting let go for lack of performance unless you absolutely tank it) - Generous vacation time package, and opportunities to travel to awesome places - Passion-driven company culture - people choose to work here because they believe in the mission of the company and embody it

      Cons

      - Pay is a decent amount less than what you'd get elsewhere. It's a trade-off for the generous vacation time, low-pressure work environment, and travel benefits - Management is totally hit or miss. Some departments are extremely well-run and others, not so much - No real room for upward trajectory. People stay here for upwards of 10 years so management opportunities and promotions are basically non-existent
