      Pros

      Boss is very passionate which helps to build enthusiasm within the team. I think this is very important because it helped me to see the value and meaning in what I do. You will also be able to contribute to meetings as there is a more flat hierachy within a startup :)

      Not much, but people rarely go out to have a breather during lunch

      Pros

      The team is really fun to work with, and there is a lot of room to learn and grow oneself in various areas, and gain a lot of different experiences.

      Cons

      It would have been better if there is more transparency and accountability from the management right from the start. The lack of actions creates a lack of trust and motivation.
