      Large lab, staff coverage ok, scheduling

      Cons

      Leadership does not listen to employees, purchase crappy analyzers that cannot keep up with the volume. No budget available for new analyzers. They only plan for 1-2 years worth of growth/expansion instead of at least 5 years worth. Always merging companies, lost it's values.

      not a hospital, so very rare phone calls. Just do your bench work and done.

      no growth. you are pretty much stuck at same position.

      Fairly decent health insurance, fast paced environment, see many different things every day, always learning.

      Cons

      Pay is not enough for the job that is expected to be done. More and more work added throughout the years, with the same amount of people to get the job done. Poor merit increases (raises) each year. No incentive to stay. Treat the techs that have been in the job for many years poorly.
