Pros

Willing to train, great technology, observe most holidays. This is a great company to get your feet wet and learn the industry.

Cons

No bonus structure for contract renewals, employee salary is not compatible with the industry standard.

Pros

They provide company laptops; there is PTO, direct deposit, medical, dental, etc

Cons

The workload is not reasonable, there are a lot of people who burn out and there are a lot of turnovers. The dental, medical, and vision are expensive, we used to receive bonuses, and those have been completely discontinued. They state they care about life/work balance; the workload is not reflective of that.
