One of the best aspects of working here is the opportunity to learn. I have gained valuable skills and knowledge that have significantly contributed to my professional development. Leadership is approachable and mentorship is readily available, making it easy to improve and advance. The work culture promotes teamwork, innovation and continuous learning. Additionally, the benefits and work-life balance are excellent. Pros

Other CRCs and backup staff are great to work with and are hard working. They are the best part of this job.

Cons

Micromanaging x2. You have to triple your work most times because it’s so micromanaged. You honestly feel like you are being babysat. No respect or trust from upper management in either working day to day, compensation, or titles. If there is growth here it’s VERY SLOW. Management can be retaliatory and have obvious favorites.

Love working here. People are hardworking, friendly, and willing to teach. Management has been wonderful to me and is positive. I look forward to growing here. Diverse team and all great. Compensation given for travel.
