      Pros

      Nothing really. Maybe holidays, profession wise nothing.

      Cons

      Deceiving employer. Changes contract without discussion. They have just reduced expat salary by 30-60%. Management is weak, only after flattering, and politics all over the place. no honest. Almost slaving expats, unrealistic requests based on no knowledge of work requesting work that normally take months to be done in few hours. Honestly don't come unless desperate. Not safe environment nor balanced.

      Good CEO and most svps Friendly environment

      Cons

      Poor HR service Lots of people in HR laughing and talking all day, wouldn't survive outside of UAE, governments drive to give them money while being away from the home or cafe Challenge status quo difficult
