      Moving in different divisions, meaning achieving new skills

      Cons

      Low salary. My salary hasn't gone up since 2nd year since I've changed job positions = new things to learn = I start at the basic level for that job = I stay at that lowest wage.

      A truly one of a kind team and culture that did some great work together.

      Cons

      We had to learn everything as we went. We were constantly doing taking ourselves out of our comfort zone, which is hard work.
