      Pros

      I've always got on well with the staff at ADR, I am spoken to with respect and good manners. The job pays reasonably well. On-site canteen and no hassle from security.

      Cons

      It can be seasonal, goes quiet after Xmas Jan and Feb.

      Pros

      Get to know a lot of new things and are always on your toes. The projects will keep you updated on the current affairs.

      Cons

      They need a better space. The place is too small to accommodate all the employees and interns. Technical training of employees is necessary
