      Pros

      Great benefits including a 401K, open vacation policy, nice covered parking. I also worked with great people that were smart and commited to the job. The office was nice too with plenty of snacks, games and other things us millennials like.

      Cons

      There were way too many unknowns about the future and lots of uncertainty among anyone that was not a Director or Executive. Even them seemed to be at a loss in terms of what were the plans of the company. Lots of questionable decisions that led to people being let go.

      Small company, family friendly, learn aggressive business strategy, identify human demographics over multiple large data sources, millions of high transactions per day, fast growing IT environment, quick Business and IT decisions, fast pace environment, rigid compliance requirements, healthy salary, friendly people, fosters fun activities with hard work.

      Cons

      Multiple turnovers, driven towards high risk for high reward, seasonal financial instability, under diversified customer income source, high stress business environment, soul private majority owner, management not following board advice, steep learning curve, money made or money lost by the minute, operation manager turnover once per year, understaffed accounting, unbalanced management vs employee bonus guidelines, multiple changes to companywide bonus objective rules per season.
