      Used to have but not anymore....

      Cons

      Great company to work for till the politics brought in by new joiners hired by a key senior management staff. Since then, compliance has taken a back seat and there is lack of law and order in the region I worked in.

      Poor local micro management, Poor coordination, Poor communication, No personal growth, No career progression, Culture of staff is always replaceable. Fill with boot lickers.
