      Pros

      1. Had good benefits. Note "Had". PAST TENSE. 2. Had good management-level employees. Note "Had". ANOTHER Past Tense. 3. Had sound processes and controls in place. Note "Had". YET ANOTHER Past Tense. 4. Had a somewhat better CEO than the current self-serving incumbent. Note "Had". Yup! Yet ANOTHER Past Tense!

      1. Blame Games. 2. Mind Games 3. Hunger Games (CEO constantly hungry to chew someone's head off) 4. Honesty considered a threat. Yup. SUGARCOAT as much as possible. 5. Responsibility avoidance. Pass it along. Always make sure you come out smelling like roses. 6. Not promoting strong performers (can't endanger own position). 7. Taking credit for another's awesome work. 8. Favouritism. Nepotism. Backstabbing. 9. Obedience over loyalty. You should just carry out instructions. Think "How high?" when they say "Jump!" 10. Divide and Conquer. Forget their numerous initiatives. Exerting AUTHORITY over a divided workforce is much easier than one that is united, right?

      Pros

      Great benefits & compensation, despite "people" being the worst aspect of the place, "people" are also the best - ex colls can potentially become lifelong friends (sadly bec everyone went through same h3ll together)

      Cons

      - Steeped in 3rd world culture - Not about performance but about who you're chums with - I scratch your back, you scratch mine - Management lie to employee faces and think they don know - Middle management are deadweights only concerned with own rice bowls - Creative accounting. Dig deep enuff, and youll hit the dirt. - Who cares about doing whats right? Its about doing what the boss says.

      Pros

      Great office location and pretty good benefits.

      Cons

      Lack of consequence management, roles and responsibilities not defined clearly. (meaning you will have to pick up the work that other people are hired and paid to do) ALOT of politics even at the senior management level, lack of training and development. Bad behaviour is tolerated by management. Ineffective organisation structure.
