      Poor management, very unprofessional team manager who was never there and when she was she micromanaged. She was in charge of the BAs and had no clue what she was doing. She complained and degraded other managers and coworkers in front of me...extremely unprofessional and she was sexist. Hired her friends and treated them like they were untouchable. This company is full of unhappy people and my manager was the worst. The definition of passive aggressive. She slighted you behind her back. Does not know how to handle people let alone manage them

      Pros

      A good place to work. Constantly changing and adapting which is unusual for an insurance company. I have worked for 8 insurance companies including national carriers over 35 years, this is the best so far. Benefits are quite good for the industry. I give a rating of 4 stars. The only 5 star job is retirement.

      Cons

      AF's problems fall into the category of First World Problems. Minor stuff of little importance.
