      Vice President of Operations is decent.

      Cons

      Untrained and unprofessional managers A narcissist haven No sharing of vital company information The company asks a lot and delivers a little to employees No mechanisms for initial and ongoing training Company is impressed with itself and doesn't realize it's own weakness Employees are desperate and will do whatever evil deed it takes to keep their jobs. The company is failing to thrive.
