When I worked at Agam, my boss was automatically cc’d on every email I received. This is not a good workplace practice -- generally the idea is that an employer hires people it trusts to do their jobs competently and responsibly, trains them appropriately, reviews their work as needed, and addresses any problems by talking to them. Typically “we will spy on everything in your inbox” is not the way this gets done.
