A lot of sayings about human-centric attention but at the end just money counts
Pros
Nice workplace and most of employees are nice people. Regarding IT, you have the best-in-class tools and service: PC, software, internet connection, support service. The monthly meeting is a great moment where you can meet people that are often at customer's site.
Cons
Big problem of management looking like a dictature, where the CEO only decides and the others have to follow, although his saying about collective decisions. The CEO just looks at his money. He hires mostly people with high competencies BUT being in a difficult private situation so that he can offer a poisoned job with high objectives and low salary while looking as a saviour. Once you're hired, you're under control: your calendar to know where you are and your working timesheet you must fill in every week to know what you do. You can get opportunity to grow if you accept to be underpaid and belittled each time he's dissatisfied, which is almost constantly the case. He talks about a super-bonus equal to a salary month but in reality it's only a prime he tries to keep as small as possible because it's integrated in the work contract and he has no choice than to pay it.
