Pros
At AGS there is a good work/life balance. The owners are amazing people that have good values and manage their employees with great care. Everyone in the office is very friendly and you look forward to working there.
Cons
Long commute for most employees, but there is a plan in place to move to a more central location in the future.

Pros
The passion and the drive from top management is so contagious it easily trickles down to the entire team. THAT is called leadership by example! Top-down, bottom-up open communication makes workflow efficient. Benefits are good and add-ons can be rewarding. Morale at workplace is high. Employee turnover is almost nil. Workplace is well maintained. Family-oriented.
Cons
Some records need updating. Continuing consultations and strategic planning help due to business in its growing stage, and it being industry-based so not really the company's downside.
