      No pros on AGS. They will PRETEND to be employee friendly but be aware the knife is on your back to get stabbed.

      Cons

      No job security. No ethics. They have screwed up a company to set this up and they would need 100% dedication towards them. What goes around comes around which they shouldn't forget.
