Pros

High potential upside Freedom Great opportunities to learn Connect with all walks of life Able to achieve extremely high commissions

Cons

If your general appearance is unappealing, your circle of friends is small and not so well-to-do, probably will fall through the cracks (Most MDRTs, COTs achieve their first few years from their own friends and families) Covid situation restricts you from conducting business in many aspect, means if you dont have your pool of clients, you'll fall even faster You need to use money to grow money, for example getting leads generations, roadshows and such all have heavy costings. They'll tell you how much potential you can achieve, but only 10% of agent actually stays on. Generally eat rejection on a daily basis, if your management pushes you negatively might have double the effect of negativity.
