      Pros

      Good exposure to corporates. A stepping stone for those who wanna enter the head-hunting industry. Opportunities to make friends over the globe. Hands-on experiences in HR management and sales.

      Cons

      Very time-consuming. Experience varies a lot depending on your team and leader. Compensation and benefits are highly uncompetitive compared to similar roles in the job market.
