      Good team- focused- hard working

      They work you to the bone. You have to fight for any raise. HR department operates on the premise that everyone is out to steal, lie, defraud the company! Where's the trust people?

      Aixtron Genus has been floating for a long period, surprisingly.

      Cons

      Rigid and ignorant managers, and low salary and no bonus or nothing. Especially, ignorant managers will kill you.

      Okay company, with some toxic people

      Altogether, Aixtron Ltd is a company you can learn from and improve your skills within. But after a year or so you realise that there is no team culture, there are professional complainers, and that the same mistakes are made over and over

      Cons

      Disrespectful management and colleagues. Rudeness is not tackled.
